1. General Information

• Trip Yaar Elite Co. is a registered travel and tourism company in Pakistan.
• By using our website or booking with us, you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable Pakistani laws, and any regulations set by the Department of Tourist Services (DTS).
• We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
• A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or cash deposits.
• Once your payment is received, a booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer:

• 30 days or more before departure – Full refund (minus non-refundable charges, if any).
• 15–29 days before departure – 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before departure – No refund.

Cancellation by Trip Yaar Elite Co.:

• If a tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, government restrictions, or insufficient bookings), customers will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled tour.

Note: Airline tickets, visa fees, or hotel reservations may have non-refundable components based on supplier policies.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, CNICs, visas, vaccination certificates, or any required permits.
• Trip Yaar Elite Co. is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documents.
• Visa approval is at the discretion of the issuing authority — we only facilitate applications.

5. Prices & Inclusions

• Prices include only the items or services mentioned in the specific tour package.
• Any personal expenses (shopping, tips, meals not listed, etc.) are not included.
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, seasonal rates, or supplier adjustments.

6. Travel Insurance

• Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
• Trip Yaar Elite Co. will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage during the trip unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

7. Responsibilities & Liability

• We act as an agent between clients and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and activity organizers.
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, strikes, political events).
• Any extra costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight delays, etc.) shall be borne by the traveler.

8. Conduct of Travelers

• Travelers must follow local laws and respect the customs of the destinations visited.
• Any disorderly or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
• Trip Yaar Elite Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

9. Website & Content Use

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Trip Yaar Elite Co. and cannot be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• Unauthorized use of our name, logo, or content may lead to legal action under Pakistan’s intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
